Tirso Lighting was tasked with developing an innovative lighting solution for the Ravel Hotel’s expansion project. This expansion included a significant increase in the hotel’s capacity and the addition of a state-of-the-art event ballroom and catering hall.
The main challenge was to enhance the grandeur of the newly constructed spaces, including the entrance, bar area, and ballroom. The lighting needed to be adaptable, energy-efficient, and capable of setting the right ambiance for various events.
Solutions
Ballroom: We installed a cove lighting system equipped with our LT300 RGB LED strips and DMX drivers. This system allows for color changing, providing flexibility to alter the ambiance based on the event’s theme.
Entrance and Bar Areas: A linear lighting solution using warm white LEDs was chosen to create a welcoming and elegant atmosphere. This setup not only highlights the architectural features but also enhances the overall guest experience upon entering.
Control System: The entire lighting setup is managed through a Control4 system, offering easy and efficient control over lighting scenes and adjustments.
